Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers or pastry sheets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the wonton wrappers or pastry sheets into quarters to make bite-sized chips.
- Brush both sides of each piece lightly with vegetable oil and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the chips lightly with ground cinnamon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool.
