- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Place the sweet potato slices in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over them, then add salt, black pepper, and ground cinnamon. Toss until evenly coated.
