Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (20 oz each) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, granulated sugar, and all-purpose flour. Mix well until the pineapple is evenly coated.
  3. Fold in the sharp cheddar cheese into the pineapple mixture until everything is well combined.
