Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
- 1 oz fresh espresso, cooled
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Brown Butter Rim: 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 tbsp brown sugar, pinch of sea salt
- Coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
- Make brown butter: Melt butter in pan over medium until golden and nutty (3-4 min). Cool slightly.
- Mix brown butter with brown sugar and salt. Dip chilled martini glass rim.
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, simple syrup to shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously 15-20 seconds until frothy.
- Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
